Acne is a skin problem that is often experienced by everyone. Oil production on the face is valued more than other body areas so that the risk of acne appearing on the face becomes greater. For this reason, it is recommended to wash your face at least twice a day in the morning and at night. It is recommended to use face wash products that are suitable for your skin condition and contain ingredients that have proven positive properties, such as facial wash containing thyme extract which has been described earlier.

In addition to washing your face, changing your lifestyle should also be done to reduce acne, such as:
  • Eating foods containing omega 3. The content of omega 3 in walnuts, avocados, and salmon can help the body control the production of leukotriene B4. Leukotriene B4 is a compound that plays a role in the body's oil production which is at risk of causing inflamed zits.
  • A study showed that consuming about two glasses of water has been able to increase blood flow throughout the body and skin. In addition, adequate consumption of water can help the process of removing the rest of the body's metabolism and keep skin moist from within. Therefore, multiply drinking white to get healthy skin
  • Exercise can improve blood circulation so that oxygen supply to skin cells can be fulfilled better.

Acne can be caused by a variety of factors, so changing your lifestyle needs to be done to reduce the risk of developing acne or reduce the incidence of acne.
